The "Typo"
Chat/IM, SMS has become so prevalent a medium of communication and my primary means with most of my friends and clients abroad. At times we may have to remind ourselves how the real world works. The advent of mobile phone and SMS did play a part in killing the “Half Knowledge” I had of English. At a time where every letter and word counts and directly has an impact on your money, we end up inventing a more convenient form of English. There are downsides to this, I tend to make typos (might sound simple but not really). Some typos end up being innocent but some promote profound misunderstanding of my character. I would like to justify myself for some of the unflattering impressions I may have created and also try to comment on few chat notations that can be tried in real life but at your own expense.
