I gifted my Ferrari

Long long ago someone wrote a book called “A monk who sold his Ferrari”. A few years later my sister gifts me the same book and accounts for some good reading that I have ever done earlier. Now keeping aside the story of who sold and who bought the Ferrari, I just like a Ferrari fan buy a F1 car……Now wait that is not the Original one though ….I am not that rich yet. I bought a scale down model and fully functional one. The kid in me just woke up again seeing the car in the store and never ever excited as much as I know myself.

Few days later all excited I drive it all around the house and excited about speed. My dad tries a hand at driving it and in that process breaks the tail section of the car…..My heart just breaks!!!!! Though only a little, but seeing it broken is really hard to bear. Then at that moment I felt I should write something on this with title “The Dad who broke my Ferrari”. Then I decide now I will buy a new one and use it only for display and never ever let anyone handle it. So eventually I get a new one and an upgraded model (F-2008).

So what do I do with the new one…Have a photo shoot done with the new car…and put it on display and no one is allowed to touch it….Every day I see the new one in the shelf and take the old one for a spin. This is how it went for a few months and then…..

I gifted that Ferrari…So hence the title “I gifted my Ferrari”. Yes I gifted it to my Elder sister’s Son – Sudarshan.

So why brag about this now, this has been something I feel is very important change that I see in myself. Able to give away something that I truly loved and treasured. May be this is the beginning of a new learning and also with this I start a blog….hope fully much more fun to come.

    Hmmmm Let me answer this...
    You are bringing the two strangers back on sunday cos you need some good memories on a day like sunday, when you have not got a lot to do!!!
    And surely Bond will go mad when you gift my Ferrari because he already has a big fleet of cars to talk about Aston Matrin's, BMW's, Lamborghini's etc etc...

Star Event

I (i) was just going through my marriage album and there was one pose that made me stop and think for a while, it is the eternal pose where the boy is pointing towards sky and girl is smilingly looking along with him into the unknown skies. Trial Room

The moment one says the word “Shopping” women will surely will come into picture, numerous jokes on it etc... etc... I am not going to tell you about the regular stuff that goes around with shopping along with your beloved…..the shopping routines, buying, bargaining and excitement all these are as usual as any other. For me the more funny part of all this shopping is waiting outside the “ Trial Room ”. First and fore most I must thank my “ BEST ” half for taking me through one of a kind shopping experience. With her it is more calculated and planned shopping, yes we do have those mood-off or irritated days while shopping but all in all it’s been exciting.
