Bring the two 'Strange'rs back!!!
It was raining little bit today all through and it felt very nice…morning while coming home and later while going to office. How many time do we enjoy the rains, get drenched, go for a drive on a bike in rain, have a cup of hot tea on road side shop while it still raining, having corn, hot mirchi... and the list will go on. Surely everyone will have their personal favorites…mine happen to be 2 which crossed my mind while travelling today. Yes, both of them happened while travelling and when it was raining.
I would call them and still recollect them as ‘Strange’ because I would not have reacted in the similar fashion if the same thing happened again. Very convenient to say so but our reactions do vary each time to the same kind of situation. Now coming to the first one…
I was going home from a office party nicely dressed up, on the way it started raining – you can say pouring down heavily. As usual got stuck in a traffic jam over Ramakrishna Puram Bridge. I stopped behind a bus and was looking down at the condition of my shoes, and then I see nice looking footwear just next to me. I liked the footwear and looked up to see a beautiful woman dressed in white drenched in rain. She turned and gave me a look, I to turned and looked at her. I liked her eyes; just to ensure that I smiled back at her I remove my helmet and smile back again. It was still raining and I was just in reach to her for a nice tight slap for what I did next. What followed next was quite ……… not getting the right word, the readers can fill it themselves. Out of nowhere I give her double thumbs up, I still was at a Slappable distance and what she does? Just smiles back!!! I just loved that…
I put my head down and just live that moment …. A few seconds later she waves her hand and asks to move forward as the traffic eased, that was the final farewell…and to date I do not know who she was or her name or where abouts….. I travel in that route every day and hope to find her someday ….hmmm but no, so far not lucky enough.
If that was the first one the second one was also romantic and filmy… This time I was coming back from office early morning time and as mentioned earlier it was raining, just a drizzle and just to enjoy it I was driving without helmet. Going in the routine travel route…..due to some repair works the traffic was being diverted at a point and I did not want to travel in that route and come back and decide to travel through Maredpally, this is usually a less traffic route in the mornings so preferred it. It was around 6.30 AM and the drizzle continued after few minutes I see a lady walking on the with a red color umbrella and the road was all deserted, she was walking straight in the middle of road. I see that she was not at all bothered about the traffic or vehicles that might come by. When at a distance of about 10 feet I stop, do not know why I did that but I stop and just wait for her to lift her head and see that some vehicle was there on the road. Eventually she does and I did not move after that ….. She kept coming straight towards me and just smiled as she passed by. Done, I was feeling like giving her good that she was not attentive on the road but things turned the other way round. She says…that to after looking up and down the road”Why stop like this…the road is all free for travel Go!!!!”. That is it!!! I could not say a word later to her and she smiles and walks away.
The first girl was of wheatish complexion, tall and the second one was short and fair looking and under the red umbrella she looked stunning. These details are being mentioned with a modest expectation that just in case any of these two beautiful ladies read this blog kindly reply back...
